Weight Control Option:
Nett System integrated to the capsule filler to control, in process, the quantity of the dosed product in all filled capsules. The system consists of:
- “SWC” Statistical Weight Control System
- Capacitive sensors to check empty and filled capsules
- Analytical balance for capacitive sensors
- Appliance software integrated to control cabinet computer
- System for the automatic elimination from production of possible under-dosed, overdosed, or not controlled capsules
- Immediate self-adjustment of the dosing chamber to keep the weights in compliance with the net weight value.
- Visualization of the data concerning production quality
