• All of the bowls have a vacuum loading port and can be gravity loaded from the PMA-600
• Split shake with bypass air flow control fluid bed multiprocessor that is currently used for coating of beads in a solvent based operation with an integrated pump station.
• The MP-6 supply air train is via an Air Preparation Unit that control Dew-point and Inlet Temperature and the exhaust train is through a dust collector that has deflagration suppression and a Fike deflagration containment system to an exhaust Catalytic Thermal Oxidizer.
• Both inlet and outlet process air trains are HEPA filtered.
