Kalish Liquid Filling Line
• Year of Manufacture: 1989
• Be advised that we have all of the original manuals for this liquid line.
• The unit footprint is 20' 6" x 4'
• Unit is equipped with a fully automatic plugger and capper - sizes of the plugs (tips) we used ranged from 8 mm up to 18mm.
• Ran this unit mainly for our 30 and 75 liquid product, which were 7-1/2 cc and 1/2 ounce bottles, their respective tips and closures
• The tips size (plug) used for these two (the 30 and 75 liquids) items is a 15mm.
• The unit also filled years ago is a smaller bottle using an 8mm tip (plug) and we believe the unit can go up to a 22 mm tip (plug).
Line Includes The Following Components:
• Hoppman FR20 bottle unscrambler
• Dual head Kalish piston filler model 51007
• Two (2) Kalish Kalimix cappers with a “no bottle / machine stop” feature.
• Both Cappers come with additional change parts for different bottle sizes
